Our USP?
We’ve got many! We’re female owned and operated (fuck the patriarchy!), we promote self-sufficiency so you don’t have to rely on us (or anyone else) going forward, and we make sure we consider ethical principles in everything we do. And yes, we’re on our way to becoming b-corp certified. Our business name even derives from ethical teachings by a guy named Cicero – which roughly translates into chickp!
What bugs us?
We know a thing or two about the standard finance department world (which we rather wouldn’t!) Budging numbers to please investors and stakeholders, throwing around financial jargon like it’s going out of fashion, and being averse to change.
How does this help people?
It doesn’t. No one knows what’s actually going on which means that no one can do anything about it either. Which is precisely where Chickp comes in. To cut the crap, bridge the gap, and transform your business for the greater good.
